The vast majority of our users' information is not stored by us, but when we do, we take the security of that data very seriously. As outlined in this privacy policy, Nutriforum will use and protect any data you provide to them. The information may change from time to time, so check back from time to time to make sure you are happy with any changes that may have been made.
What data we collect
From non-members, the ONLY times we collect any data are:
1. It is necessary for us to set up a cookie (a tiny text file) in the user's browser cache by placing it in their browser cache when they cast a vote on our homepage poll, so that we can track their IP address since we don't want the same people to vote multiple times.
2. As soon as users are connected to the site on a mobile device, when they select the 'view desktop site' button, we place a cookie in their browser cache and make a note of their IP address so that we can remember their preferences the next time they visit the site.
The members of each of the above groups will be asked for their confirmation before any data is recorded.
You should know that if you use the contact form to get in touch with us, your email address and message will be recorded in order for us to be able to respond to you.
You don't need to do any of these actions if you are not a member and you do not do any of the above-mentioned actions.
The information that we keep about our members must be kept for the purposes of making sure the accounts work properly. In the case of creating an account with us, for instance, the visitor's email address is recorded for the purposes of logging in and any notifications they choose to receive.
Members are of course allowed to enter any personal information they wish in their accounts, as well.
Your rights
By simply contacting us, you have the right to request to see the information we have about you, or to ask us to change it, or to delete it entirely as your needs dictate.

Once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over the other website you have entered.
